Auction Terms

All bids must be submitted before 8:30 AM Japan Standard Time. Once we receive and accept your bid, we will send you a confirmation email before we begin our bid.
Any alterations or changes to your bid must be made at least 2 hours before bidding time.
Please verify the chassis code of the vehicle before bidding. (See Year Verification below)
In Japan Auction Sheets, the year of registration is shown, not the year of manufacture.
Be aware of your country's import rules and regulations for used vehicles before entering into an auction bid.
We will bid up to your designated budget. If you wish to have a bidding margin, please send us a request specifying your preference.
You can only request for an auction bid after we receive the bidding deposit. This will depend on the price of your selected vehicle.
By requesting for an auction bid, you agree to send us the remaining full payment within 7 working days once your vehicle has a successful bid.

Any cancellations are to be made at least 2 hours before bidding time. No cancellation fees will be charged.
If you choose to cancel your bid within 1 hour after a successful bid, there will be a charge of 100,000 yen from the auction house.

Please deposit 100,000 JPY in our account to begin your auction process.
The amount received in our bank account will be reflected in your customer summary. This does not include bank fees.

In the case that your bid is not successful, we have 2 options available for you:
- We can refund you the amount you deposited for your bid.
- We can hold on to your deposit and use it to bid for another vehicle of the same or similar specifications when it becomes available.

In order for us to calculate an estimate, please provide the following information:
- vehicle Inventory ID No. or Lot Number
- country you want us to export to
- your contact information (name and email or phone number)
Please note that the shipping cost for your export will vary depending on your country of destination.
Your country may have certain used vehicle import rules and regulations, including importation tax. Please kindly check these regulations with your government agent or custom broker before you place an order or bid.

We have year verification services for all vehicles should you require it.
You can put in a special request for your bid to verify the vehicle's year of production. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome and are not liable for any claims in this regard once it has been shipped out of Japan.
By requesting this service, you understand and accept that this is an extra service we provide, and that it is also your responsibility to check the year verification from your end.
