This past year has been a struggle to businesses all over the world, and we are no exception. During April and June, we had to adjust our business hours and manage maintenance schedules to go along with the restrictions in place. Thankfully, things seem to be relatively back to normal in the past few months.
One thing that changed though was the price of the Surfs. Prices of the Toyota Hilux Surfs have been increasing over time. We were shocked to see how much they increased, but considering how the Hilux Surf is still popular and the limited number of available high quality and low mileage Surfs left, it seems inevitable.
For any of our cars, our customers can choose the mileage and fuel type of their base car, which would affect the price range. Most of our customers here in Japan opt for a mileage range of 80k~120k km for the Hilux Surf with either the XC Style or the 4Runner Style.
The Toyota Hilux Surf has had a remarkable history, and has retained its popularity here in Japan despite the passage of time. And with us, you can restyle it and make it your very own classical ride.
This is especially exciting because in countries with the 25 year rule (used cars cannot be imported unless they are over 25 years since manufacture date), the 185 series Surf will become available for import soon! This includes the US and Australia, where outdoor 4WD rigs are always in demand.
